• The seal is verified before dispatch and the custody event is time-stamped.
• RFID readers or authorised staff confirm the seal at defined checkpoints.
• A broken, removed or electronically opened seal creates an exception event.
• Fusion compares the exception with measured flow, stock movement and delivery records.
