Move Faster. Count Less. Know More

RFID-powered warehouse and supply-chain management that automates receiving, eliminates manual counts, and gives you real-time, item-level visibility across every pallet, bay and dock door — and across every site you operate.

Custody that follows your stock between sites

Most systems lose sight of inventory the moment it leaves the building. Ours doesn’t. Goods are commissioned and signed at the source, tracked through dispatch, and reconciled automatically on arrival at the next warehouse or store — so you always know what shipped, what landed, and what went missing in between. Every movement is captured as a tamper-evident, digitally signed event, giving you a complete chain of custody for audits and compliance.

The Challenges Facing Warehouses in Kenya

  • Manual Processes: Paper-based receiving, manual cycle counts, and clipboard-driven picking create bottlenecks, errors, and delays. As volume grows, manual processes collapse.
  • Inventory Discrepancies: The gap between what the system says and what is actually on the shelf costs money — in mis-shipments, emergency reorders, and lost customer confidence.
  • Slow Receiving: Inbound goods queue at the dock while staff scan items one by one. Peak periods create backlogs that ripple through the entire operation.
  • Pick Errors: Wrong items shipped to customers or stores erode trust and generate costly returns. Without verification, errors only surface after the goods have left the building.
  • Lack of Visibility: You cannot optimise what you cannot see. Without real-time data on inventory location, movement, and dwell times, warehouse managers operate on instinct rather than information.
  • Multi-site dispatch and receiving with automatic reconciliation
  • Tamper-evident, digitally signed custody trail for every movement
  • Real-time sync to Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Ultimate POS
  • Shrink and discrepancy alerts the moment counts don’t match

Our Warehouse Technology Stack

Solution

What It Does for Warehouses

RFID Tracking

Tag pallets, cartons, or individual items. Fixed readers at dock doors capture every inbound/outbound movement automatically. Handheld readers enable rapid zone counts.

WMS Software

Orchestrate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping workflows. Real-time stock levels synced with RFID reads. Intelligent bin allocation. Multi-warehouse support.

Asset Tracking

Track forklifts, pallet jacks, tools, and returnable containers. Know where every asset is, when it was last maintained, and when service is due.

RFID Printer-Encoders

Print and encode RFID labels at the receiving dock. Tag goods the moment they arrive. No dependency on pre-encoded tags from suppliers.

Networking

Enterprise Wi-Fi and switches to support RFID readers, handhelds, and WMS access across the warehouse floor. SolarWinds monitoring for uptime assurance.

Cybersecurity

Secure warehouse network and connected devices from threats. Protect WMS data, supplier information, and client records.

The Automated Warehouse Workflow

  1. Receiving: A truck arrives at the dock. Fixed RFID readers scan every tagged pallet as it passes through the dock door. The WMS logs receipt, matches against purchase orders, and flags discrepancies — all in seconds, not hours.
  2. Put-Away: The WMS recommends optimal storage locations based on product velocity and size. Staff confirm placement with a handheld RFID scan. The system knows exactly where every item is stored.
  3. Picking: Pick lists are generated and sent to handheld devices. Staff scan picked items to verify accuracy before packing. Wrong picks are caught immediately.
  4. Shipping: Outbound goods pass through dock-door readers. The WMS confirms the shipment matches the order and updates inventory levels. If connected to a retail POS, stock levels update across all channels.
  5. Cycle Counting: Instead of shutting down for annual counts, staff perform continuous RFID cycle counts by walking zones with handheld readers. Discrepancies are flagged in real time.
