Our Story

Parcy Services was founded with a straightforward belief: businesses in East Africa deserve the same quality of technology infrastructure that companies in any global market have access to. Not watered-down versions. Not overpriced imports with no local support. The real thing — enterprise-grade solutions, deployed by people who understand both the technology and the local business environment.

Since our founding, we have grown from a small team tackling individual IT projects into a full-service technology partner serving retailers, warehouse operators, corporate organisations, and event venues across Kenya. We have deployed RFID inventory systems, configured ETIMS-compliant POS setups, hardened networks against cyber threats, and built the infrastructure that lets our clients’ operations run without interruption.
